Any User Defined Fields your business relies on are mapped during this phase.

Step 2: Sandbox Validation

Before going live, we run test work orders, invoices, and POs through a validation environment. Tax rates, job cost mappings, contract item behavior, and sync timing are verified so nothing surprises your accounting team when live transactions start flowing.
