Build out

Your platform gets configured — workflows, data, ERP integration, custom reports, and PDF forms. Your team starts to get hand on with your BuildOps instance.

Readiness & testing

Super users train and work through real scenarios in your configured environment. We make sure your team is ready to run on BuildOps, with testing, final data updates, and go-live planning completed before launch day.

Go live and stabilize

We ensure a smooth transition onto BO through a period of hypercare support from the project team.  Post hypercare Customer Success will support your future BO growth.
